A humorous animation to make anxiety a little more relatable.
I created Hi Anxiety because I know how tough anxiety can be. The emotion and I have had a close relationship since I was about 19 years old. We're tight. My good friend, the Panic Attack, joined the party when I was in my early 20s. We may never know what is going on in someone else's mind. We're all different and have our own different perspectives. But if we can start a conversation and provide outlets for people to express themselves, then there will be fewer people that are feeling isolated and alone. The first step to dealing with anxiety (or any other mental illness) is to be able to talk about it.
What I Did
