Nate Stroobs would be turning 25 years old today. I snapped this gem of him on a road trip we took together back in 2018. He and I were driving from San Francisco to Palm Springs to meet our family for spring break. He slept the whole way down the coast until I woke him up at Big Sur. I have a vivid memory of looking over at him and thinking he needed to shave the scraggly hairs on his chin and cheeks. I was pissed that he fell asleep and left me to drive solo, but he took the wheel after Big Sur and we listened to mystery podcasts and took turns exchanging songs.

Idaho Fish Tacos!! My cousin and I set out to make an Idaho fish taco from local ingredients, down to the eggs that we used to bread the fish. The result was a very fun day capped off with some delicious Idaho sourced tacos. Huge shout out to Stephen Crumrine for hosting the show. Here are a couple of initial shots from the experience.
